Return Policy

As we strongly believe on the notion ‘customer is always right’, we happily take back our products from our valuable customers in order to provide greater convenience and satisfaction.


Just contact our representative via email and get the goods exchanged or returned within 30 days of your purchase.

Conditions of Returns:

Peter Sign ensures that the best quality products are delivered to each of our customers. In case of any dissatisfaction on part of the customer, we gladly cater to the issues within the return period of 30 days.

The return procedure begins by dropping in an email at sales@petersign.com, after which, our team officially begins your return process:

  • It will take 7 to 10 working days after the return application gets submitted.
  • The jacket must be in its original condition, i.e. unused, and with all the tags intact.
  • The customer has to bear the return shipping cost.
  • We might ask for the picture of the jacket displaying the complaint/problems.
  • No return/exchange is offered on clearance/sale items. However, if there is a size/fitting issue with the jacket or pants, we offer a refund or exchange while deducting $25 as replacing fee.
